Medium sized deciduous tree with dark green leaves and a uniform, symmetrical, oval, densely branched head. Reliable, brilliant red to red-purple, long lasting fall color. Smooth gray bark. Plant in full sun. Prefers slightly acid, moist soil, but is adaptable. Good lawn or street tree. This seedless tree is a cross between Red Sunset and Autumn Flame Red Maples.
